Sunny all week kicking off the Holiday weekend with triple digit highs to mid 90's and lows in the mid to high 60's.
Camanche has no reports for two weeks. Bass, crappie and catfish the best bet here.
TROUT
Trout are still being caught in the main lake. Warmer weather still has the trout going down to about 40-45 feet or so. Hat Island and along the buoy line at the dam are still hot spots for trollers. Powerbait in rainbow and chartreuse colors as well as night crawlers are still the favorites along with rapala lures and needlefish lures.
BASS
No bass reports this week but anglers are still reporting that the top water bite is good during the early morning hours. Mid-day rocky points and structures are holding fish 10-20 feet deep. Plastic worms and crawdads still seem to be working well.
CATFISH
We are still getting catfish reports. Catfish are still hitting on rocky areas, mostly in the evenings and are being caught on anything smelly, cheese and chicken liver being the most popular.
